Akadema Elite is part of an IRS 501(c)3 Non-Profit tax-exempt organization. Akadema Elite was founded in 2013, to give females ages 9 - 19 the opportunity to play and excel at the game of fastpitch softball in a safe, rewarding and fun environment. Akadema Elite Softball Organization has a set of By-Laws that have been approved by the Internal Revenue Service and operates in a Board of Directors capacity.

The opportunity to participate in sports should be open to every child and lack of equipment should not be a stumbling block. Sports help kids stay active and teaches them teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, perseverance, and determination. For the Love of the Game collects new and used sporting equipment and distributes it to those in need so that every child has a sporting chance.

The New Jersey Axemen is a baseball program focused around the development of young players in a competitive baseball environment. The program is structured to be a multi-year system growing and adapting as each player gets older. Starting at 8U, a suitably motivated player can progress through the system through to college age.
